We are delighted that chef Thomas Haughton is supporting The Great Irish Bake for Temple Street. Thomas has put together some delicious recipes set to fill your kitchen with the fresh aroma of home baking.

Thomas Haughton has worked in some of Dublin's best kitchens including Patrick Guilbaud, The Clarence Hotel, Barberstown Castle and Luttrellstown Castle. Thomas has spent the past ten years developing his own style, which he brings to the First Floor Restaurant at Harvey Nichols located in Dundrum Town Centre.

Thomas takes great pleasure in baking and sees it as a fantastic way to spend quality time with your children. "No matter how messy a mixture or disastrous it turns out there is always fun in baking. Children get to sample the ingredients the whole way through. It's fun for everyone"

Thomas has been a great friend to Temple Street and has even gone as far as to travel across Route 66 on his motor bike to raise funds for our hospital and is set to do it all again next year. "I take great pleasure in supporting Temple Street. I have brought my two boys to Temple Street on occasions where they always received the best of care".
